Conditions of Stay
By making a reservation, all guests accept the following conditions of stay.
No party policy
Eco Suites Canberra operates a strict no party policy. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests named on the booking may stay on the property. Guests must keep noise to a respectful level at all times and must not disturb neighbours or other guests. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave, or to cancel a stay without refund, if this policy is breached.
Wildlife
As an outdoor based experience, the location is also home to native animals including birdlife, snakes, kangaroos. Guests must not approach or attempt to feed the wildlife during your stay. Please be respectful and do not disturb the wildlife.
Carpark Access Times
Car park access is between the hours of 7am and midnight. Please be respectful of other guests when entering and exiting Eco Suites Canberra. All vehicles must follow the signposted signs at all times. Eco Suites Canberra has a zero tolerance for dangerous driving and guests may be asked to leave if found to be driving dangerously.
Security
Eco Suites Canberra operates CCTV surveillance at the location 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for the security and safety at the location. You may refer to our privacy policy on how we use this. Overnight security patrols are undertaken every night at regular intervals to ensure guest safety is maintained.
Public Access
As we operate on National Land owned by the Commonwealth of Australia and managed by the National Capital Authority, public access is permitted to Lake Burley Griffin including the internal cycle path and public toilets provided.
No fires
No open flames are permitted. This includes BBQs, firepits and any other source of flame.
No Smoking
Eco Suites Canberra is proudly a 100% non-smoking venue. Fines of up to $300 apply for additional cleaning if signs of smoking inside Suites.
All guests staying at Eco Suites Canberra also agree to and must abide by the Conditions of Entry found on our website and onsite.
