Conditions of Entry

1. Definitions

1. Guests means guests with a confirmed booking with Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra
2. Contractors means third party contractors engaged by Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra or by the lessor the National Capital Authority (NCA) to undertake services
3. Authorised visitors means visitors invited by Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra or NCA and/or ACT Emergency services

2. Authorised Use Only

The carpark facilities are provided for the use of registered guests, contractors, and authorised visitors of Eco Suites Canberra. Unauthorised entry and parking is strictly prohibited.

3. Hours of Operation

Carpark is open between the hours of 7am and 12 Midnight, 7 days a week. Strictly no guest access outside these hours.

4. Guest Access

Access to our car park is available via a unique single use pin code provided on day of arrival as part of the pre arrival online check in process.

5. Contractor Access

Authorised visitors may access the carpark using a unique access pin code provided by management. All contractors must be inducted to the site prior to providing any services. Please contact management on arrival.

6. Vehicle Registration

All vehicles using the carpark must be registered with management upon arrival. Vehicle registration number must be provided.

7. Allocated Spaces

Vehicles must only be parked in designated signposted spaces allocated by Eco Suites Canberra. Parking in unauthorised areas is prohibited. All vehicles must not go beyond the designated access road.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or contents while parked on the premises unless caused by the negligence of Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra. Parking is at the owner's risk.

9. Indemnity

Vehicle owners indemnify Eco Suites Australia Pty Ltd T/A Eco Suites Canberra against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the carpark facilities to the extent permitted by law in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

10. Compliance with Directions

Users must comply with all signage, directions from management, and reasonable requests regarding vehicle positioning or removal.

11. Removal of Vehicles

Eco Suites Canberra reserves the right to remove or arrange removal of any vehicle parked in breach of these conditions (including towing), with all costs borne by the vehicle owner.

12. Incident Reporting

All incidents must be reported immediately to management in writing to glamping@ecosuitescanberra.com.au.

13. Emergency

In the case of emergencies, dial 000. For non-life-threatening emergencies call management on 0401 003 467.

14. Security

Closed circuit TV surveillance cameras operate in the licensed area and is stored in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website and The Privacy Act 1988. Third party security patrols are undertaken on a regular basis.

15. Acceptance

Upon entry and as a condition of your stay, you agree to these terms and conditions.
