What is included in a stay at Eco Suites Canberra?
Each suite includes luxury glamping accommodation with sustainable amenities and access to curated local experiences.
In addition to the amenities included as In Room Features, our Suites include premium bathroom amenities, superior bed linen, bathrobes and slippers. We invite our guests to review the in room price list for items removed from suites.
What's included in the complimentary minibar?
All bookings include complimentary access to our minibar featuring a range of local and Australian beverages. Included minibar is per stay and not replenished daily.
Can I order room service during my stay?
Room service is not available. You can pre order food hampers and beverages to have in your room for your arrival via the Indulge page. Additionally food delivery from operators such as Uber Eats or Door dash are available. Food deliveries do need to be collected by guests from the entry gate.
How do I add a local experience to my overnight stay?
Selected experiences are available to add to your booking during the checkout stage of making your reservation. Our team will then be in touch to confirm your preferred time for the experience to book on your behalf with the operator.
Where are you located?
We are located at Yarramundi Peninsula, on Lady Denman Drive, Yarralumla. A short 5 minute drive from Canberra City and minutes from many major attractions. Visit our location page for map and directions.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3.00pm. Check-out is by 11.00am.
Is there reception when I arrive?
No. You will receive pre-arrival communication with a single-use access PIN code. CCTV operates in the location to maintain guest security in addition to regular security patrols overnight.
Does Eco Suites Canberra provide car parking?
Yes. Designated outdoor car parking is provided onsite and is complimentary per night. Parking is limited to a maximum of one vehicle per suite.
Is Wifi available at the location?
Yes. Superfast wifi powered by Starlink is available and is included in every stay.
Is smoking allowed in rooms?
We are proudly 100% smoke free location.
A cleaning fee (of up to $300) is payable if management finds signs of smoking inside our Suites.
Are pets allowed?
We sadly can't accommodate animals. Accredited service animals are welcome.
Do you accommodate kids?
Eco Suites Canberra is an adults only venue.
Are there cooking facilities onsite?
No. Eco Suites Canberra recommends a number of premium restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Open flames such as firepits and BBQ's are strictly prohibited.
Can I swim in Lake Burley Griffin?
No. Eco Suites Canberra does not recommend guests access the lake due to water quality. There are dedicated swimming areas around the lake. Eco Suites Canberra is not liable for any injuries that may result from swimming in the lake. Guests are advised not to access the shoreline of the lake due to the important birdlife natural habitat. Guests must remain on the dedicated footpaths.
